Product Description
Introduction of Peanut Frying Production Line
Peanut Frying Production Line is the equipment for making peanut snack, we can provide different solutions, equip different production line according to customers’ need. Here, we will introduce 100kg/h peanut frying production line firstly.
Application of Fried Peanut
1.Fried Peanut, as a snack favored by public, is commonly seen in supermarket, restaurant, snack street, farmer’s market.
2.Some businessmen and food factory plant ordered these machines for processing and selling peanuts, that’s a profitable field.
Peanut Sheller
1.Open the motor,put the peanuts into the hopper quantitatively;
2.The peanut shells are broken under the repeated impact, friction and collision of the rotor;
3.The peanut shells and grains are subjected to the blowing force of the rotating fan, and the light-weight peanut shells are blown out of the body, and the peanut grains are screened by the vibrating screen.
Blanching Machine
1.Pour the water into the blanching machine.
2.When the water is heated to an appropriate temperature(80-90 degree), put the peanuts into the blanching machine.
3.After about 10 minutes, take out the peanuts.
Peanut Peeler
1.Put soaked peanut into feeding funnel of this machine.
2.The rubber will ring rub to peel peanuts easily and gently like human hands.
Frying Machine
1.Put the peanut peeled in peanut frying production line
2.Keep the oil temperature between 150-160 degrees.
3.After about 10 minutes, take out the peanuts.
Deoiling Machine
1.The deoiling machine uses the centrifugal motion as its working principle that the motor drives the inner tank to rotate at a high speed.
2.The oil splashes out of the inner liner from the eyes of the inner shell to reach the inner tank to reach the deoiling purpose.
Seasoning Machine
1.After the machine has been running safely for one minute, stop the machine and put in the required raw materials for seasoning.
2.After working for a period of time, the machine should be turned off after the required seasoning materials are evenly mixed and meet the requirements.
3.Push the control lever at the back of the machine to pull the material forward and pull the material out
Packing Machine
1.Plug in the power, turn on the power button.
2.Adjust the pumping time, sealing time, cooling time.
3.Pack the items and place at the seal.
4.Press the top cover to operate, the zero return of the vacuum gauge represents the completion of the work.
