Q1: I'm interested in your products and we want to print our logo on the product or package, is it workable?
A1: Sure! We do OEM service. You can offer your logo or artwork and we can do it for you.
Q2: How can I get the samples?
A2: We can provide you a free sample of our existing products. The lead time is around 2-3 days. You need to pay for the sample delivery cost. Or you can let us know your courier account and we can book the sample to your account.
Q3: What is your MOQ?
A3: No MOQ for any product. You can order in whatever quantities you require.
Q4: What is your manufacture lead time for the order?
A4: Our normal leading time is 15-20 days. If you have an urgent request, please let us know and we will try our best to shorten the leading time to meet your requirements.
Q5: How can I release the payment to you?
A5: We can receive your payment by Bank Transfer, Western Union, MoneyGram, Debit/Credit Card. You can pay for sample charges via Paypal.
