MANUFACTURING PROCESS
1.ORDER RECEIVE
Once the order is precaused it is forwarded to production team. All necessary raw materials, diamonds, gemstones are selected for each other.
2.WAX MODEL
The production process designs in the wax department. Each and every jewellery design has its own rubber model for making for making replica. The wax is injected in the rubber model & after the temperature cool down, the wax is removed from the model. The wax then used to mold off the cooled wax. There is a separate wax used for each metal type, color & karat.
3.CASTING
after the tree setup is complete, the liquid investment (POP) is hovered over the wax tree. After the investment hardens, the cylinder is placed inside the ove. The wax melts & desired metal is poured into the cylinder in the liquid form when the metal is cooled down the metal tree is taken out.
4.ASSEMBLY
the metal links are connected together after the piece has been assembled. It is measured to confirm that it is of the correct length & the number of stones is correctly based on the order. Any locks needed are attached as well as any last minute fitting or touchup is done.
5.POLISHING
The soldered piece is not cleaned & polished and has a quality check.
6.STONE SETTING
The stone setter carefully sets each diamond to ensure the security and makes sure that the links do not compromise the piece and then transferred back for final polishing and finishing.
