Under the circumstance of above 1700℃, unlike other metals, tungsten screw will still work with its excellent high-temperature strength. It’s irreplaceable in working temperature from 1700℃ to 2400℃.
Application:
The tungsten screw is mainly put into machine part use, especially in the chemical equipments and vacuum furnace.
Features:
1.The purity of our tungsten screw can reach as high as 99.95% and density 19.2g/cm3;
2.It is of super-class refractories above 2400℃;
3.It is of strong wear resistance and fine plasticity;
4.We can supply semi-finished and finished tungsten screws according to the customer drawings or samples;
5.Tungsten screws shall be applied under vacuum or reducing atmosphere for tungsten materials is oxidizable at high temperature.
