Hot melt adhesive coating lamination machine, slot die coating & rotary bar coating two kinds technology, could customized semi-automatic or full-automatic for unwinder & rewinder.

This type equipment is for normal kind adhesive tape coating, like paper tape, cleaning tape, medical tape, masking tape etc.

BOPP tape use full automatic rotary bar coating machine. This kind technology is new technology, we have more than 6 years in development. Own most this technology market in China mainland.

Equipment only use hotmelt PSA,couldn't use water based adhesive or solvent adhesive, hotmelt PSA use enlargely now, friendly environment, energy consumption less than the others, dimension smaller, cost less.

15.  Single position unwinder/rewinder. Diameter about 800-1200mm.

16.  Install with guiding device.

17.  Melt adhesive system inside wall use telflon anti-stick alyer.

18.  PID control heating, double overtemperature alarm outage system.
