Pasteurizer
This Production line is used for the production of pasteurized milk, yogurt, dairy drinks. According to customers' requirement, we can design the capacity of the production line from 10t/day to 200t/day. The complete production line including milk collection system, sugar melting and blending system, sterilization system, fermentation system, filling and packing system, water treatment system, CIP cleaning system, cooling system, steam and air compressor system, etc.

Pasteurizer
Pasteurization is primarily used to make products safe to eat or drink, increase shelf life and to reduce spoilage. However, it can also be used to alter the properties of the end product. For example, pasteurization of yoghurt milk denaturates the proteins, enabling the yoghurt culture to grow and making the product both more viscous and more stable.

Pasteurizer
The mixing proportion is accurate and easy for adjustment. With no need of parts replacement, the machine can realize the quick output adjustment and the proportion of syrup and water. The beverage water and thin syrup enter mixing tank after proportioning of the manual adjusting valve with scale. As the water tank and sugar tank are of the same height and pressure, the proportion within the mixing tank remain stable. Prior to access to the mixing tank, they are fully mixed in the mixer; The beverage mixing ratio can be ensured.
Pasteurizer
The temperature of the product is verified both before and after the holding cell. Product can only continue out of the pasteurizer if it has been heated to the right temperature and held for the right length of time in the holding cell. If this is not the case, a signal is automatically sent to the divert valve, and the product is diverted back to the balance tank for recirculation.
