3.Do not use metal steel hole washer or very strong detergent to wash, so as not to reduce the quality of non-stick bottom surface layer over time.
4. Do not use a metal spoon shovel or spoon to avoid damaging the non-stick bottom surface layer.
5. After using for a long time, the silicone gasket may loosen due to thermal expansion. The surplus can be cut off and then pushed back to the original position to make it close to the groove edge. Make sure that the exhaust port is not blocked.
6. Occasionally, the silicone gasket can be taken out, and the food residue on the gasket can be cleaned with a soft brush or toothbrush, and then washed with water (a little mild detergent can be used if necessary)
7. Silicone gasket is an indispensable part to make the pan fully sealed. Do not expose silicone gasket to high temperature.
8. Every six months or so, wipe the non-stick bottom surface layer in the pan with a little vinegar or lemon juice, then heat it with small fire for a few minutes, then wipe it clean with a wet cloth.
