Q1:What is need about data required for quotation?

A1:SDY manufactures PCB products according to PCB gerber files and requirements from customers,please provide gerber files and requirements.

 

Q2:What are the common freight terms or international commercial terms or incoterms?

A2:Usually we offer EXW,FCA,FOB,CIF and DDU terms,and the default term on quotation is FCA Shenzhen if no special requirement provided.Kindly please mention the terms when you have any requirements.

 

Q3:What are the shipping modes?

A3:Usually it includes courier,air shipment,rail shipment,and ocean shipment.For samples and small quantity orders,usually shipped by courier.For medium quantity orders,usually shipped by air shipment or rail shipment.

 

Q4:Which courier companies do you work with?

A4:We worked with courier companies including DHL,FedEx,UPS,TNT and EMS.

 

Q5:What is the lead time or production time?

A5:For sample orders,it is 5-7days.For small quantity orders,it is 7-10days.For medium quantity orders,it is 10-15days.For large quantity orders,it is 15-30 days.

 

Q6:Do you offer quick turn or expedite service?

A6:Yes,we offer quick turn or expedite or short lead timer production service.But the main business is medium to large quantities orders.Quick turn service production is a small part of our business.
