Introduction

 Xylanases is submerged fermentation and refine from trichodermareesei. It is widely used in baking, feed, brewing, low poly xylose, wheat processing and other fields.

 Xylanolytic enzymes is a kind of complex enzyme for degrade xylan, including β-1,4-endo-xylanase, β- xylosidase, α-L-arabinosidase, α-D-glucuronidase, acetyl xylanase and phenol aid esterases, it can degrade a lot of xylan hemicellulose in nature.

Characteristics

 1,Temperature range: The effiective temperature range is 30-65℃, the optimum temperature is 40-60℃.

  2,The pH range: The effiective pH range is 4.5-7.0, the optimum pH is 5.5-6.5.

  3,The effect of metal ions on enzyme activity : Zn2+ activated to the enzyme, Mn2+,Fe2+ inhibited to the enzyme. With the increase of concentration, Cu2+ has activation and then has inhibitory effect. 

Applications

1,Using food grade xylanase for baking industry, a suitable added may be accelerate the rate of play dough, improving the operational performance of dough; And it can increases water holding capacity and holding gas.

  2,In the feed composite enzyme, adding xylanase can eliminate or reduce the anti-nutritional effect of non-starch polysaccharides, improving feed performance and animal immunity, its dosage is generally 0.01-0.15kg/t raw materials (enzyme activity is 10 million XU).   

  3,In wheat beer (saccharification process), sake, wine(pressing step) and other industries, adding the enzyme can reduce viscosity and improve the yield of starch/sugar. The recommended dosage is 0.1-0.5L/t dry basis (enzyme activity is 50,000 XU).

  4,In the production of juice, it can increase the speed of concentrate, and significantly improve product yield and quality. The recommended dosage is 0.1-0.2L/t dry basis (enzyme activity is 50000 XU).

  5,Oligosaccharides are considered "super bifidus factor", it is widely used in functional food, health care products and feed additives, etc. In the enzymatic production process of oligosaccharides, the recommended dosage is 0.2-0.4L/t dry basis (enzyme activity is 50,000 XU), it can maintain for 12-24 hours under optimum conditions.
