A: The warranty period usually is 5 years, you can contact our after-sales for any questions to get service.
We established QA procedure to control all process from Welding & Visual Inspection, Coating Inspection, Pre-assembly Inspection to WPS, Nondestructive Examination, ITP （Inspection Test Plan） , Offer full MDR(Manufacture Data Report) documents to customer.
All manufacturing welds are performed by qualified welders, according to AWS D1.1 according to the welding processes involved. We also arrange QC to inspect end products, offer Material Certificates And Accept full supervision by SGS, BV …ect third party testing to ensure that every parts we deliveried meets the quality requirements
Q: Can you offer designing service?
A: Yes, we have more than 10 design engineers. We could design full solution drawings as per your requirement. Designed by Auto CAD, PKPM, MTS, 3D3S, Tarch, Tekla Structures (Xsteel) V12.0. etc.
Q: Do you offer guiding installation on site overseas?
A: Yes, Normally we send you the detailed installation drawing. And we can provide the service of installation, supervision, and training by extra. We can send our professional technical engineer to supervise installation on site overseas. They have succeeded in many countries, such as Iraq, Dubai, South Africa, Algeria, Malawi, Thailand, etc
