Operation process of LLDPE cold stretch film packaging machine
1. Before the pallet enters the host, the height is detected by the ultrasonic device and the length of the required film is determined at the same time.
2. Start film feeding. Pull the film away by suction.
3. When the four grippers extend forward to the bottom of the film that has been pulled open, the film feeding starts, and the film is opened by suction.
4. When the previously determined length of the film is completely wound on the gripper, the film will be sealed and cut off.
5. After the film is stretched to cover the entire pallet, the gripper begins to descend.
6. Finally, the film will slide into the bottom of the pallet to tightly combine the pallet and the accumulation.
7. The gripper rises to the starting point, and the ultrasonic device starts to detect the height of the next pallet accumulation.
8. When the pallet finishes the filming and leaves the host, the next pallet enters the host immediately.
