This series of foaming agents is widely used in the foaming of natural-rubber, synthetic rubber, PVC+NBR blending and other materials. It is particularly suitable to the hot-pressing molding of rubber.

Application

Low temperature AC-L is a new environment friendly foaming agent, no formaldehyde produced after decomposing, which meets the environmental standard of Europe and America.

The product will have fine cellular structure by using this foaming agent. The outstanding feature is that the products with better cellular to meet the environmental requirements.

It is suggested that this series of foaming agent should be used in the lower mixed temperature and general sulfuration condition to avoid the uneven cellular, coarse cellular or other problems because of premature foamed.

Package and Storage

It is odorless and non-toxic, with good storage stability and won’t decompose under common temperature but should be stored in a cool, dry place away from any sources of heat, spark, open flames, or direct sunlight. Never let it directly contact with acids or alkalis. Good local exhaust ventilation in mixing and handling areas is highly recommended. Be careful not to inhale its powder, make frequent skin contact or swallow it. This agent is easily moisture absorb, please pay attention to its damp proof.

Each 25kg is packed in an international standard corrugated paper carton with a polythene liner inside.

Each batch weighs 3 Tons. While use the foaming agent of same batch, only a small quantity is needed to test for confirmation and then the whole batch can be used with certainty.
