General description

 

Solid tyre making machine is mainly used for all kinds vulcanizing mold , rubber products, plastic products, also for lab and research institute.

The main unit is frame structure,The pressing structure is over-pressing type.

The platform and bottom plate is installed in the middle of these four columns , the platform has guide localization., easily to operate , safe and stable, it can be used by single engine , facilitate the users. There has an oil tank which is full of oil between two engines for oil pump working . The recommended oils are hydraulic oil N46# or machine oils with equivalent viscosities. The oil should be filtered with 100 mesh/25×25 screen before being filled into the tank. The oil should be filled regularly and kept clean without dirt inclusion.

The oil tank has air filter , oil height is based on Liquid level gauge.
