*Application
HN Laser Imagesetter film LP-6328II is designed for Helium Neon laser or red laser imagesetters with light sources for 632.8nm to 670nm and suitable for text and line as well as image.

Package

The package of these three kinds of room light films can be selected according to the type of machine. 

The films can be loaded under room light conveniently and rapidly.

1. Room light film-feeder can be used as one-time cartridge.

2. Soft flange package can be easily placed in the special cartridge of the machine.

3. Hard flange package is suitable for machine with axis of 71.9mm diameter.

Regular diameter: 28.6mm, 50.8mm, 71.9mm

Surface of emulsion layer: inward or outward

 

2. Explanation of codes

The first: “6” means codes of Huaguang laser imagesetting film and phototypesetting film.

The second: “0” means emulsion layer faces inward.

          “1” means emulsion layer faces outward.

The third, fourth: “51” means axis diameter: 50.8mm

              “72” means axis diameter: 71.9mm

The fifth: “B” means soft flange

        “C” means hard flange

The sixth: “D” means room light loading

        “E” means loading in the darkroom.

 

3. Examples of codes

“6051BD” means emulsion layer faces inward, axis diameter: 50.8mm, soft flange, room light loading.

“6172BD” means emulsion layer faces outward, axis diameter: 71.9mm, hard flange, loading under room light.

“6051AE” means emulsion layer faces inward, axis diameter: 50.8mm, plastic holder, loading in the dark-room.

 

Unpacking

 .Room light loading film can be put into a special cassette of the imagesetter under room light.

 .Darkroom loading films should be put into a special cassette of the imagesetter under dark green light 

or total darkness.

 .Handle with care to prevent from damage of friction, folding oil sludge and finger prints.

 

Exposure

 .Correct exposure conditions should be finalized by tests according to the different types of machines 

and age conditions of diodes.

 

Processing

 .Chemicals of HuaGuang HG-2000 is recommended, other similar chemicals can also be used.

 .Recommended developing conditions as follows.

Developing Tem.	30-36°C	*35°C
Developing Time	30-40 sec.	*35sec.

    

       

 

*Would be the first option of development conditions for customers.

Fixing time: 32°C

Storage

 .Store it cool and dry. Storage temperature should be lower than 20°C and RH less than 65%. 

If it is too humid and warm, the film shelf life would be shortened.

 .Avoid sunlight, radioactive or harmful substances.

 

Guarantee Period

18 months.
