Q1. Can I order onemeter sample order for testing? A: Yes, welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
Q2. Do you accept custom-made color? A: yes, we can custom made the sample color you supplied, or follow the PMS number.
Q3. What about the lead time? A: We need 1-2 days to get the samples ready, for bulk goods, it will cost 7-10days, it depends on the quantity. Q4. Do you have any MOQ limit for order? A: No MOQ for the existing colors in our catalog, 1000 meters for custom-made colors. Q5. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive? A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT for small order. It usually takes 5-8 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional. Q6. How to proceed an order? A: First please share your requirements with us. We will quote according to your requirements or with our suggestions. Aftersample is approved and order is placed, we will arrangeproduction. Q7.
