40FT   refrigerated container
 

1. ISO 40ft container, easy to transport

2. Customerized refrigeration unit,  compressor unit can be specially designed accoding to different usage.

3. Cold room is composed of PU panels. it can be desinged for different temperature and usage. 

4. Container can be specially designed, making a door, a hole , a window or so.

 

Our 40FT Reefer Containers are all specially designed and manufactued for every customer. it has standard model, but in many situation, cold room inside must be designed for different temperature and usage, refrigeration unit as well

 

 Inside temperature:

Product	Temperature
Banana	11-16oC
Cucumber, Tomato, pineapple	7-13oC
Potato, Orange	2-4oC
Cabbage, Rabbit, Apple	0-2oC
Frozen Meat, Fish	-18 to -23oC

 

The Container is made by our associate company, it can be made following customer's requirement. it's easy to add a door, a hole, a window and others.

 

PU panels thickness is depend on the temperature inside, 100 to 120mm, The surface is usually galvanize sheet. we can supply  the stainless steel panels as well. The floor we recommend should be patterned galvanized sheet.  But bare panel or stainless steel are optional.

 

The most important part of a refrigeration unit is the compressor, we adopt Copeland compressor, it's famous for its durablility and high performance.
