Description

Roller Press for Cement Clinker Pre-grinding Introduction In cement production line, both roller press and hammer mill can be applied in cement clinker pre-grinding process.

Cement clinker pre-grinding mill

 

is additionally installed in the upstream process of the tube or ball mill (hereinafter generically called the finishing mill), which is currently used for the cement finishing process. By crushing the clinker preliminarily with the pre-grinder, this equipment alleviates the operation load of the finishing mill (with considerable power consumption) to significantly reduce the power consumption rate, and moreover, increase the crushing capacity.
