Main Features
   The series include ZK120B.They can be used to produce various hollow plastic products,volume up to 220ltr such as jerry cans, gas tank, child safety chair, bus chair, drum, barrel, automotive parts ,tool box and so on.
1) Clamping device: three bars construction, good rigidity, the space for mold is generous and mold changing is easy.
2) Die head: Adopt the principle "first in, first out" to keep even thickness of parison and high surface quality.
3) Operation is easy; servicing is convenient, with a high degree of automation.
   The ZK series is composed of clamping device, die head, extrusion system, hydraulic system, framework, cooling system, electric control system and so on.There are robot, multifunctional bottom blowing device, parison controller, mechanical ejection,and hydraulic ejection that can be selected by customers.
