Description
SHG1200/630 Workshop fitting welding machine to fabricate thermoplastic pipes as elbow, tee/cross, Y shape fittings
Application adn Features:
1. Applied to fabricate PE PP PVDF elbow, tee, cross and Y shape (45 and 60 degrees) fittings in workshop. Also used to lengthen the injection moulded fitting and make an integrated fitting.
2. Integrated structure. Nothing remains but to choose the different special clamps while fabricating different fittings
3. Removable PTFE coated heating plate with separate temperature controlling system
4. Electric planing tool with safety limit switch enable to start it only when it is locked in the operation position.
5. Low starting pressure and high reliable seal structure
6. Separate two-channel timer records times in soaking and cooling phases
7. Touch screen operation panel with printer
8. Automatic welding process
9. Linear guide ways are equipped with heating plate, planing tool and dragging plate
