Process flow
waste tire→cutting diameter of hub→cutting strips→cutting blocks→separate steel wire→crush rubber blocks→making powder→magnetic separation→final products(rubber powder)

5.Rubber crusher
Advantage of our rollers:
1.The material of our rollers adopts 5Cr6MnMo, which is very strong and wear resistant. It is life-long time using, no need to change, only welding and polishing after long time using.
2.Our both rollers are grooved , the crush ability is stronger.
While most others use one grooved roller, one smooth roller and they usually adopt cast iron or cast steel for the rollers, so it will be very easy to break.
3.The speed ratios of our rollers is 1:2.5, others are 1:1.30. As we all know, the bigger speed ratio difference is, the bigger friction, and the bigger capacity you get.
