Introduction

  The product was originally developed for foreign customers, and its design requirements as follows :

 1. The total lifting height of the telescopic mast : 15-20m

2. telescopic Mast Design top load: ≤300Kg

3. To meet the topload mounting : radar or microwave antenna

4. Telescopic mast wind resistance: without rope, 10 scale,  with rope , 12 scale

5. Telescopic mast torsional capability:  ≤0.25 °, 40Nm

6. Mast environmental adaptability: -40 ~ 60 ℃

7. Mast carrier: steel or steel frame shelter

8. Transport equipment height requirements: <4m (including vehicle height)

 9. Transport Equipment width requirements: <2.5m

10. The equipment can be moved in a short distance

11. the equipment must be achieved dump, without using any crane, forklifts and other equipment

12. Transportation Requirements: ordinary flat truck, more than 6T load and length above 6m

13. Moving, handling, setting up in the short distance,it can be done manually

14. The number of working: 4 people

15. The working time requirements: <2h, do not include installation and testing payload

16. the equipment should have anti-tipping design and device.

17. The equipment should have leveling design and device

18. Mast should be have level testing device

19.The equipment water resistance performance: rain

20. The whole anti-corrosion requirements: hard anodized aluminum, galvanized steel, black, spray
