The hydraulic driving system of the machine is open type, which is formed by oil tank, oil filter, oil pump feeding system, driving cylinder (cylinders of die closing, injection, pressurizing, ejecting and dnockout core, etc.), all flow, pressure and direction control valves, accumulator, cooler and hydraulic pipeline, etc.
All hydraulic direction control valvesand pressure valves in the machine are national standard valves, for convenient replacement.
The whole machine is controlled by electric system. Choose automatic Cycle working procedure
normally; during debugging manual operation can be chosen. Through “Manual” and “Automatic”
switch to change the two operation system, viz. the working switch in the electric drawing.
Pls kindly note the all the cold chamber die casting machine can't work automatically itself , if you need the machine work automatically ,you should need the auxiliary machines .The main auxiliary machine has auto ladle ,auto sprayer ,auto extractor and other machine like auto conveyor ,matching machine etc .
