World Market Scenario:
Waste tyre rubber /plastic scrap recycling plant to fuel oil can turn waste tyre /plastic to fuel oil with latest pyrolysis technology. Pyrolysis is the thermal decomposition of materials in the absence of oxygen. In the case of the pyrolysis of rubber tyres, the rubber degrades under high temperatures and long-chain hydrocarbons in rubber are broken down into compounds with shorter carbon chains in the reactor, yielding oil, gas and carbon black.

Working process
Auto-feeder load the whole waste tires into reactor, seal the reactor and heat the reactor by burning the fuel(coal,wood,natural gas,oil) in the combustion system.there is a thermocouple installed the oil gas outlet to test the oil gas temperature,when thermocouple show certain temperature, the oil gas will come out, then go through the cooling system to become to oil. At same time,there are some gas(CH4,C2H6,C3H8,C4H10 and H2) can not be cooled under normal pressure,they will be recycled back to combustion system to burn as energy.the dust and sulfur gas will be removed by the dust removing system.after the oil gas run out, there are slag(carbon black) inside of the reactor, HUYAYIN use the automatic discharging system to remove it. Then HUAYIN use auto-feeder to remove the tire wire steel. usually the 10 tons capacity need about 20 hours to finish the whole process.
Final product
tire crude oil 45%-50%, 30% carbon black, 15% tire wire steel and the rest is the waste gas.

2. Carbon black usage
As the waste tire carbon black there are ash inside so this quality is not so good. Until now our technology can use some ways to make the carbon black to briquette, which can be sold as the industry coal.

As these gas can not be cooled under the normal pressure,besides they are all combustible gas, which is dangerous to storage.after it produce we let the gas back to the combustion system to burn as energy. This will safe and save your fuel cost.

Safety
1) Two devices to avoid backfire in production: oil-water separator and anti-back fire device.
2) Vacuum device makes reactor working under ordinary pressure or negative pressure.
3) Pressure gage to monitor the pressure will release the pressure automatically.
Security:
1. Adopting automatic submerged-arc welding technology and all of the weldings will be detected by the ultrasonic nondestructive testing method.
2.Vacuum system ensures the whole line working well.
Environmental protection
1) The flue gas and sulphur will be purified and cooled by dust and sulphur removal device.
2) The procedure to remove carbon black is working under closed situation to avoid pollution.
3) The syngas will be recycled to the furnace for second burning ,avoid pollution.
High oil yield:
1. Three stages cooling processes ensure the oil gas liquefied sufficiently.
2. When the oil gas pass through the condensers, it’s divided into several portions by small pipes inside condenser and be cooled separately.

1. High temperature and pressure resistant raw material Q245R boiler plate with 16mm/18mm.
2. All cutting, rolling and welding works are finished by automatic machines.
Energy saving:
1. Well sealing for heating system, no gas leak and saving fuel.
