Description

1. Application:

 

GAL-G series separate-vacuum hopper loaders are stuitable for conveying material over long distance. GAL-700G/800G/800G2 are for one to one combination, while GAL-900G/900G2 are for one to two combination. All models adopt stainless steel hopper to ensure no contamination to raw material and they are equipped blower with high efficiency and high pressure. All these models also features light weight, durablity, great suction power, easy installation and operation.

 

                                                  

2.Features:

1) Stainless hopper receiver ensures no contamination.

2) Mircroprocessor controlled for ease of use and has multiple alarm indicators.

3) Motor overloader protector ensures long motor lifespan.

4) Audible material shortage alarm.

5) Filter designed for easy cleaning and has filter status checking window for easier monitor of filter condition.

6) Both vacuum hopper (GMH type ) type and photosensor hopper ( GVH type ) can be directly mounted on moulding machine’s feed port. The above mentioned loaders adopt stainless steel mesh as standard.

 

Accessory Option:

1)  It is available to select GCH-6L storage bin and GMH-6L/12L vacuum hopper, both of which can be directly mounted on injection moulding machine.

2)  Proportional valve GPV is available option, which is adopted to mix virgin regrind material, as well as instantly recycle regrind material.

3)  It is suggested opting for cyclone dust collector to reduce cleaning times of filter when regrind material occupies over 30% of total raw material.
