Full automatic BOPS thermoforming machine TQA-520/580 is a high tech manual equipment integrated electromechanic pneumatic integration design, suitable for producing different kinds of disposable plastic products, such as fast food containers, dishes, trays, bowls, lids, boxes for preserved fruits, pickles, candies, cakes, chocolates, snacks, fast food, package for vegetables, fruits, freezed products, toys, hardware, etc.
Cosmetic tray
Common uses for a plastic thermoformed tray include packaging inserts or shipping trays. Depending on the end use, plastic materials used to manufacture a tray can vary. For shipping, storage, and material handling trays, less costly materials can be used to provide a durable and protective tray without the need for clarity.
Egg tray
The egg tray can be made PET or PVC plastic material. There are 4,6,8,9,10,12,15,30 cells tray. The diameter of it is 4 cm , 4.3 cm, 4.6 cm. It can be printed as your requirement.
Plastic fruit box / Pastry box
Our machine can manufacture 100% new food grade non-toxic and odorless material, which has high transparency and environmental bfriendliness.
Accurate lid makes our products lock tightly,which is not loose,leakage,strict and fresh.The thicker material box

A：We are a factory, and we export our machines to more than 80 countries since 2001.

A: 13months calculated from the date of shipment from our factory.During warranty period,
except the artificial factor, the spares are free to maintenance, beyond the warranty time, the

A: We will send technician to your factory to install the machine, and teach your workers to use

Q: Where is your factory located? How can we visit there?
A: Our factory is located in Ruian city, near to Wenzhou airport, about 40minutes to our factory by car. We will provide transporation service during your visit at our factory.
