Machine introduction:

 

1. Our juice or tea drinking machine is used for hot filling , and sealing juice, juice drink, tea drinking, etc. And it is integrated with rinsing bottles , filling juice , capping the bottled juice; 

 

2. Our machine can with the producing capacity from 1000 BPH -25000 BPH (500ml ), even with the running speed 25000 bottles per hour, our machine will run very stable;

 

3. Bottle volume & material : 100ml -2.5L PET bottle with screw cap, glass bottle with aluminum cap, crown cap, twist-off cap, theft deterrent cap;  and the bottles can be round bottle, square bottle, other bottles customer required

 

 

 

Machine Details

 

1. Washing par

 

a.The grippers in the washing section will catch the bottles from the starwheel , all our grippers will be with special material, and during following transmission, the bottles outside will not be scratched

 

b. After the gripper get the bottles , the bottles will be turned over for the inside washing drastically with aseptic water, our nozzle in the rinsing machine will spray the aseptic water which can clean every corner inside the bottles 

 

c. During the rotation of the rinsing machine, the bottles after rinsing will be turned over again, and then transmit by the starwheel to the filling section;
