Main Features
Such cnc gear hobbing machine has following features:
1. it is 6- axis CNC gear hobbing machines working by the continuous indexing method.
2. the following are the 6 CNC- controlled axes:
the radial feed (X- axis),
the axial feed (Z- axis) ,
the tangential movement (y -axis),
the worktable revolving movement (C- axis),
the hob running motion (B- axis)
and the swiveling motion of the hob head (A- axis).
3. It is possible to complete the swiveling motion of the hob head (A- axis).
4. It possible to complete the simultaneous movement of four axes.
An electronic gearbox is used on the machines to replace the conventional change gears, thus enabling them to be good in the rigid transmission, high in the working accuracy and easy to operate.
