Description

Twin/Single pre insulated solar hose,Smart Design,Twin pipe-- 2 x flexible corrugated stainless steel tubes (feed and return), Twin pipe--2 x EPDM insulation pipe ,Seamless UV-resistant Jacketing, 2-wire silicone sensor line. 

l         Flexible high-grade stainless steel tube SUS304,SUS316L 

l         EPDM insulation pipe, up to 175 °C (347 °F) operating intermittent. 

l        Seamless Jacketing. UV resistant and high mechanical resistant protective

l        Sensor cable is on one side of the twin pipe, which is easy to distinguish the feed pipe and return pipe line.

EPDM INSULATION PIPE  ,  Our EPDM insulation material adopts 13mm& 20mm wall thickness for option, light, flexible, closed cell, synthetic caoutchouc; free of PVC and non- CFC. Material class: B1 according to DIN 4102. operating intermittent up to +175°C (stagnation temperature of the collectors).

 

SEAMLESS JACKETING  outside of EPDM INSULATION pipe: means the jacketing coated on the insulation pipe is with a super high density water proof polyolefin copolymer jacketing. have excellent performance of  UV-resistance ,water proof and bird peck-Protective

 

TEMPERATURE SENSOR WIRE Wire insulation material is silicon, work temperature range from from -200°C to +200°C,flexible copper  0.75mm² , Rated voltage 300/500v ,electric resisteace 23.0 Ohm/km.
