Description

Heat resistance thermal insulation fireproof ceramic fiber cloth is a woven fabric made from our high quality ceramic fiber yarn. It can be used for high temperature applications up to 1260-1430 celsius. The cloth is reinforced with fiberglass filament, and optional Inconel/alloy steel wire. Ceramic fiber textiles (cloth, tape and rope) contain a certain amount of binder material which is normally burned at lower temperature and does not affect the insulation property.  Insert material of metal wire and fiberglass filament are incorporated into the yarn. To increase tensile strength of the fabrics both before and after exposure to heat. Typical applications of cloth, tapes include gaskets, seals, furnace and welding curtains or pipe wrapping. 

 

JINYU 1260 Ceramic Fiber Cloth is a cost-effective industrial cloth manufactured from ceramic fiber yarn, reinforced by a core of glass filament or stainless steel wire for high strength retention at elevated temperatures, ideal for most high temperature applications up to 1260C.

 

JINYU 1430 Ceramic Fiber Cloth is a high performance industrial cloth made from zirconia grade ceramic fiber yarn, reinforced by high temperature alloy wire. It is durable, long-lasting product, ideal for high temperature applications up to 1430C. JINYU Cloth contains approximately 18% organic fiber which burns out at high temperatures, causing some smoking and outgassing, but the cloth retains enough strength to be used as effective insulating cloth at high temperatures.
