A: We`re manufacturer.
2. Where is your factory located?
A: Our factory is located in Kaohsiung, Taiwan.

A: We usually provide the free sample (1pc) to customer but freight needs to be paid by customer.
4. How long does the sample be ready?
A: It`ll take 3-5 days, but for the developed OEM sample will take longer, it`ll be done by case.
5. How do I pay for the sample if I want to buy some for testing?
A: We accept the T/T and western Union for small amount
6.May we know your MOQ?
A: We requst 500pcs for all of our lock and 1000pcs for all of our lock cylinder, but we`ll charge the 150USD handling
charge for the order amout less then 5000USD.
7. How do I pay for the order?
A: We now only accept T/T,100% pay before the shipment.

Q1. What is your terms of packing? A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. If you have legally registered
patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
Q2. What is your terms of payment? A: T/T 50% as deposit, and 50% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages
before you pay the balance.
Q3. What is your terms of delivery? A: FOB, C&F, CIF
Q4. How about your delivery time? A: Generally, it will take 30 to 60 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time
depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
Q5. Can you produce according to the samples? A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.
