Technology:

 

Pre-dispersed PbO-80 is a special pre-dispersed Zinc Oxide that apply to rubber industry. Its combined elastomer will prevent moisture absorption in storing.Because of pre-dispersed more evenly, the rubber contains PbO-80 makes product more smooth compare to extrusion rubber made by powder Lead Oxide.Generally, the tensile and stretch of the pre-dispersed PbO-80 contained vulcanized rubber will be prompted, and elongation at break improved meanwhile.

 

 

 

Process:

 

 Normally, powder PbO hardly disperse evenly under processing  temperature,which cause vulcanization activity declined as well as rubber' static mechanical  properties and dynamic fatigue.However,pre-dispersed PbO-80 ,because of selection and control of grain diameter,and making pre-dispersed by using its carrier of EPR(ethylene propylene rubber)and dispersed Surfactants, can keep the best activity of components and dispersed evenly when doing the feeding process during mixing.What's more,Pre-dispersed PbO-80 has advantages in the followed:

 

 1.its granule shape prevents blocking under storage environment.

 

 2.easy mixing

 

 3. good flowing  

 

 4.no dusty

 

 5.no wastage in feeding

 

 6.improve the stabilization and homogeneity of each batch mixed rubber

 

 7.avoid the thermal expansion in feeding of powder Zinc Oxide.

 

It is suggested feeding at the end of mixing process.

Application:

 

Used to almost all rubber products to improve the statics and dynamic ability.
