Characteristics

Pre-Dispersion S-80 is a curing agent for all natural and synthetic rubbers, which require a quick incorporation in the mix and an excellent dispersion of the sulfur. Due to the homogeneous dispersion in the rubber the occurrence of localized over cured zones is avoided , which ensures an improved resistance against aging and dynamic fatigue, The good dispersion of sulfur is of particular advantage in soft compounds, in which a problem-free distribution of the sulfur is often very hard to achieve.

Processing advantage

The thermoplastic, excellent compatible EPDM/EVA binder which is combined with active dispersing promoters allows much more easily and quickly incorporation and excellent dispersion in the rubber mixing, In this way, optimal activity of the effective sulfur is assured.

Dosage: Same phr. with normal powder sulfur

Application: Obviously for soft compounds; light-colored compounds, which must be free of sulfur stains, rubber articles which have to withstand dynamic stress.

Packing: 25 kg cartons with plastic inner bag

Storage: In original closed containers under cool and dry conditions max.1 year.
