Pre-Dispersion AC-75 Foaming Masterbatch

Characteristics

Organic blowing agent Pre-Dispersion AC-75 can be used in all types of sponge particularly adapted for microcellular expanded products where it develops an extremely fine, uniform cell structure. Relatively high decomposition temperature of 200℃ to 210℃, which makes it useful where pre-mature decomposition during process is a hazard. No odor to finished products.

Processing advantage

The thermal softing, excellent compatible EPDM/EVA binder which is combined with active dispersing promoters allows much more easily and quickly incorporation and excellent dispersing of the effective raw material AC is assured.AC-75 allows for quicker and easier incorporation into the compound either late in a ban bury mix cycle or in a open mill finishing operation.

Dosage: Normally 1-10 phr. based on the requirements of the density of sponge.

Application: All types of sponge rubber articles.

Packing: Net 25 kg cartons with plastic inner bag

Storage: under temperature (<35℃), humidity (<50% relative humidity) conditions, sealed original containers have a self-life of 1 year.
