1:It is made of basalt

cast basalt pipes:

The cast basalt pipes owing to an excellent performance of abrasive and corrosion resistance .It may be used as the liner of pipeline for hydraulic,pneumatic of conveyance of abrasive,corrosion materials or slurry.We can offer the basalt pipes with nominal diameter of 40mm-800mm.

Major purpose:

electric power ,mining ,metallury,chemicals,coal and so on industrial sthrengh or water powerconvey abrasive and corrosion material or lining of sizing agent pipeline.

2:The basalt is used as liner.

Cast basalt lining steel pipes :

The basalt liner are inserted and embeded with a dense cement mortar inside the steel pipe,it can be used in higher working pressure and also easy to install and transportation.

We can offer the straight pipes,bends and tees with nominal diameter of 40mm and above.

Easy-fitting and flexible joints

This type of joint have been widely used in the steel pipeline system for connection,it has a very good self-compensation performance while temperature change and angle deviation of the pipeline axis.the joints are made with forged pieces and with very high strengh and warter-tight performance also easy to install and maintain.

The theoretical weight will be consisted of the weight of the clamp rings,end rings,sealing rubber rings,bolts and nuts.

The number of sector of the clamp ring will be:2 sector for the clamp ring with 50mm-450mm of nominal diameter;3 sectors for the clamp ring with 500mm-1000mm of nominal diameter;4 sectors for the clamp ring with 1200mm-1600mm of nominal diameter ;6 sectors for the clamp ring with 1800mm-2000mm of nominal diameter.
