    Extrusion Laminating Coating machine is a complete product line adopting casting extrusion process. PE or PP material mixed with addtives is fed through feeding system to extruder and flat head extrusion die. Hot melt is coated on top of base fabric or paper from the unwinder passing calender rollers for forming and chill down, Then guided by pulling rollers and trimmed by two knives on both sides, the coated material is take up into rolls at winder station.
