Application of ultrasonic in instruments and energy-gathering processing industry
     Ultrasonic has the characteristics of high-frequency cleaning and high-frequency vibrationin liquids, and can produce alternately positive and negative pressures at the same time. When the vibration energy propagates in a cylindrical waveform in a liquid medium, the medium will oscillate regularly and alternately in density. The spare part is tension (negative pressure) and the dense part is pressure(positive pressure), which is half the wavelength of the vibration wave.
For a given medium point, the pressure periodically changes by sine-wave.
   The miniature size of power ultrasonic transducer has been widely used in ink-breaking of jet printer, which is called ceramic oscillator (ink-breaking transducer).

·The ceramic oscillator products of jet printer are mainly divided into two types: one is pre-stressed screw locking piezoelectric ceramic oscillator, the other is epoxy glue bonding piezoelectric cermic oscillator.

·Pre-stressed screw locking products are mainly used in Momino, Videojet, Hitachi and the latest improved models made in China; the other are mainly used in Imaje, Rettweil-Jet and old models made in China.

·The pre-stressed screw locking piezoelectric ceramic pscillator has many advantages.
A. Low driving voltage, generally around 10V-100V, while the latter up to100V-300V.
B. High vibration amplitude and can withstand higher power.
C. High reliability, strong maintainablility and is not easy to break down or off-line.
D. Frequency can be adjusted in a wide range, generally within the range of 10KHz.
E. Products with the same structure can be changed to the transducer from 60KHz to 130KHz or even higher frequencies.
