STRONG R&D ABILITY With over 81 professors, postdoctors and postgraduates staff in the R&D team, INKBANK also invites sophisticated German experts as its technical director. STRICT QUALITY CONTROL INKBANK QC stricly follows ISO9001 quality management system and establish a full flow of quality control since the ink R&D, producting to services. QC goes through the whole production process. Even in the R&D period, each ink has to pass more than 20 testing terms strictly to ensure the first-class quality
INKBANK conducts more than 20 items strict test during R&D stage, and uses advanced quality management method of 6SIGMA and the ERP management system ect to actualize the fine production .Professional QC workers detect and control the raw materials and production every process of product to ensure the production quality .To track the ink quality , we retain sample inks from each batch inks and strictly test, keep records, set up documents to ensure the ink traceability.
PRODUCTION CAPACITY With 40 sets color paste production equipment, Inkbank has 30 production lines of sublimation ink paste, pigment ink paste, dye ink, sublimation ink, pigment ink, textile pigment ink, UV ink, eco solvent ink etc. The annual yield of sublimation ink more than 4500 tons per year ,and more than 8000 tons ink of whole company.
