Description & Technology

Red Phosphorus MB taking PE resin as carrier, non-toxic superfine micro encapsulation coated red phosphorus as main flame retardant agent and many auxiliary flame retardant agents working together, compound with super dispersing agent, anti oxygen agent produced by advanced internal mixer equipment. The flame retardant principle is, red phosphorus burning produce phosphorus pent oxide and after absorbing moisture phosphorus pent oxide produce meta phosphoric acid and potassium polymer phosphate which form a non volatilize protection layer cover on burning surface, meanwhile resolve and absorb great amount heat to produce many poly condensate to help high polymer burned into carbon. Our phosphorus series flame retardant master batch taking great advantage on efficient, environment protection, production and convenient. We also help design different content flame retardant master batch according customer’s requirements.

Application
