These machines are used to vulcanize all kinds of standard and non-standard rubber or plastic production , such as shoes sole ,rubber plate ,doormat and conveyer belt etc.

 
This machine including main machine, hydraulic station, electric controlling cabinet. Main machine is composed by base, plunger piston, platform, beam, automatic mould pushing-out device and compulsory mould opening device.

 Under the control of PLC, this machine achieves automatic mould closing, vulcanization timing, exhausting time and frequency setting, mould opening, mould pushing, and so on.

 Panyment term

30% paid by T/T as deposit, the balance 70% by irrevocable, transferable, and confirmed L/C or T/T.

 Packing list

Packed with channel steel, three-ply and plastic cloth.

 Delivery time

within 2 months after receiving the deposit.
