Third, usage
1. Can add different active monomers and initiators according to the actual needs of paint film.
2. The diluent is tap water or use active monomer or isopropyl alcohol according to site requirements.
3. Slowly add the diluent into the water-based UV resin and dilute to an appropriate viscosity, then continuously add active monomers dissolved of initiators to produce waterborne UV coatings. With the water evaporation in the IR process can it enter the UV furnace for curing (suggest to choose waterborne active monomer as the hydrophilicity improves with the increasing quantity of ethoxy ).
4. When the curing condition is through UV lamps of 3000W power or more with the distance between lamps and illuminated objects limited to 15CM, the curing speed reaches the fastest. Otherwise, when the distance gets bigger the curing time needs prolonging accordingly, of course the final curing performance is determined by the actual results.
5. The mechanical cleaning can be finished by detergent solution or caustic soda water of 5%.
Forth, storage and handling notes
1. 20kg or 200kg each by iron or plastic barrels or determined in accordance with the customer demand.
2. sealed well to store in a cool and ventilated warehouse and strictly keep away from light.
3. not dangerous, not easy to burn, store and transport as the ordinary chemical products.
4. With room temperature and no light the storage time can be up to 12months.
