TQ in-mould Labeling Machine is mainly used for in-mould labeling for the plastic blown molded products with certain plane or not too curved surface, also could used for IML for some injection molded products.

1. Unique pasting signs effect: the brand and the plastic products are melting together which are not only inlaying firmly but also feeling smooth and viewing beautiful. The signs are waterproofing, oil against, mould proofing, acid alkali proofing, durability and so on.
2. Enhance production efficiency: blowing the bottles and pasting the labels are completing in the same time. They do not need to past and print the signs again. Therefore, producer can deliver the goods at once, reduce stock, and enhance efficiency and the benefit.
3. Good forgery-proof function: special label and unique technical equipment of printing
4. Fast producing speed: improve the filling line efficiency, cancel label bottleneck, could be canned and sealing in the box.
5. Reinforce the side of container: the strength reaches 120%, the label waterproof of character, the oil resistance, the corrosion resistance are better.
6. Light weight of container: label inside the mould instead of the same quantity of plastic raw materials.

Resistance to squeeze: the label will not separated when the container are squeezed and warped.
