I. Purpose

We developed CSJ Miller to solve the front-in process of different kinds of material. The machine is suitable for the coarse comminution of all kinds of rubber, plastics, chemical and pharmaceutical materials.

II. Structure and principle

(1) The machine, adopting excellent hard alloy steel or wearable steel as its blade, is durable and suitable for the coarse comminution of different types of hard material.

(2) With the rotary blade and fixed blade, the materials are cut into granules falling on the sieve. By adjusting the sieve, we can control the size of granules.

(3) The machine is equipped with cooling water system, so as to control the comminution temperature and guarantee the granule quality.
