Can you help customer to design their own products?

Yes, Not only customize works, Handy Man also help you create special design products according to your needs.

Do you accept sample order or small order?

Yes, we accept samples order and small quantity order if we have the products in stock. If it is new design product, we can make new mould for you and the quantity must meet our MOQ.

Are all the products approved international certification?

Most of our products have approved CE certification. Moreover, all products have been tested and full inspection before shipment

Can we have our logo on the product?

Absolutely! As long as ordered quantity meets our m.o.q and provide us with your drawing, we are able to place your logo on the product.

Can we have the color we prefer?

Generally, if ordered quantity can reach m.o.q., we are able to anodize the color you like, but limited to normal color.

Please reconfirm with us and offer us pantone if you would anodized special color, just like fluorescent color.

How long will we receive the goods?

Basically, we do not have any stock in our warehouse, therefore, according to our company policy, we usually start to arrange the production after order confirmed.

The delivery time is normally 55-60 days after receiving down payment.

Is there any product guarantee?

We have full after-sales-service. And if you found any defective product, excluding improper use, we would offer replacement services.
