Characters Magnesium stearate is a kind of tiny, light and white powder with greasy touch sense, insoluble in water, ethanol neither ethoxyethane, but soluble in hot water, hot ethanol, decomposes into stearic acid and magnesium salts when contacting with acid.     3.
