Use of  plastic Al paper laminator

 

     The plastic Al paper laminator is suitable for Plastic-plastic, Al-plastic, paper-plastic etc material dry-method composition. Drying tunnels is used with the hot wind to dry, segment controlled, drying tunnel roller with coupled style, front and back press roll with pneumatic style, hot drum is used with conduction oil dielectric heat. Rewinding can be used with photo electrical correcting deviation, tension magnetic powder control, airenlarging shaft to wind and rewind, double-motor frequency governor, novel design, fast speed, stable and high precision.

 

 

 

 

 

Characteristic of  plastic Al paper laminator

 

1. It is provided with steeples speed regulation cylinder of American Emerson frequency converter, realizing synchronous speed regulation of drawing roller with anilox roller.With advantage of accurate, sensible, anti-jamming.

2. It is provided with anilox roller plus blade for coating mode, and also provided with many selection opportunities of anilox roller with various coating amount.

3. Moveable blade device.

4. It is provided with separate five-section type constant temperature drying system using semiconductor tube plus heating wind, as well as adjustable interior circulation air draining and suction devices. It is advantageous in strong wind-exit and wind entrance, helping drying thoroughly.

5. Guiding roller in oven will synchronously rotates with main shaft.

6. Solenoid operated valve controlling is adopted for anilox roller and drawing roller.

7. Automatic meter-measuring devices.

8. Key mode air shaft is used for unwinding and rewinding shafts, easy to load and unload.
