Roller-bench type CNC pipe flame/plasma bevel cutting machine is generally multiple-axis consistent with a simplified version of
CNC Pipe Cutting Machine, has custom-made special for pipe fabrication factory to make pipe bevel cutting very fast. Needed to cut
the pipes when the pipes transport into the roller conveyor bench, adopt roller-bench driven the pipe rotation, cutting head along
the guide rail for cut off the pipes of subsection by CNC length-measuring control system.
High efficient automatic pipe bevel cutting with automatic self-measuring function
To the large diameter of pipes and wall thickness not too heavy of carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, cryogenic steel
pipe etc by plasma cutting, also for the heavy wall thickness of carbon steel by flame cutting, use this machine, with its support
of a plasma cutting torch, or one flame cutting torches, complete to pipe cutting materials and one bevel machining
simultaneously.
