2*EasyPfu PCR SuperMix

 

EasyPfu PCR SuperMix is a ready-to-use mixture of EasyPfu DNA Polymerase, dNTPs and optimized buffer. The supermix is provided at 2× concentration and used at 1× concentration by adding template, primers and H₂O.

Description	Fidelity is 18 times higher than EasyTaq® DNA Polymerase.
	The extension rate is about 0.5 kb/min.

	Amplification of plasmid DNA fragment up to 10 kb.
