About this kind of machine it consists of two main parts.one is egg cleaning machine, the other is egg breaking machine.The egg breaking machine is connected to the cleaning machine directly.So the processing is of high automation.
First the dirty eggs on put onto the water tank
Then the conveyor will convey the eggs into the cleaning machine , clean the dirty eggs with high pressured water and brushes
Finally, cleaned eggs will be conveyed to the breaking part.Last,the egg breaking
machine will separate the eggshell from liduid.Then the workers should
prepare equipments to collect the egg liquid and eggshells.
