3.      Construction brief

 

 

 

The machine is divided into right-hand driving and left-hand driving according  with transmission. The worker affront feeding door direction, transmission system is right or left, then its transmission type is right-hand driving or left-hand driving. The transmission is confirmed according to the requirement of consumer.

 

The machine consists of main machine, speed reducer, main motor, appertain equipment etc. as shown in Fig.1, Fig.3.

 

Main machine consists of mixing chamber, rotor device, feeding device, discharge device etc. Speed reducer and rotors are rotated toward each other to proceed to plasticate and mix.

 

Furthermore, furnished with pneumatic control system of feeding door, discharge door, the action of float weight up and down, furnished with cooling system of mixing chamber, rotors, drop door, float weight, furnished with the end surface sealing device for rotor and the end surface sealing device for guide on the bed plate of mixing chamber.

 

Operation method has manual, auto. Control method of mixing has time control and power control, and it has temperature control device. The operation is shown in the manual for electrical part.
