Brief Introduction
The machine tool is a full-function CNC lathe with two-axis linkage and semi-closed-loop control produced by our company. The bed of the main machine is made of integral casting, with 40° inclined layout of the bed guide, which has high rigidity, and the bed saddle and tailstock sliding body are linear guide, with small friction coefficient and good dynamic characteristics. The control system adopts Japanese FANUC 0i-TF PLUS system (or other domestic and foreign high quality systems) and AC servo drive, which is easy to operate, reliable and high degree of automation. Various turning processes can be performed on shaft parts within φ280mm and disk parts within φ300mm.
